Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Subscription model
Rouniq AI offers monthly subscriptions (Starter ₹299, Pro ₹599, Unlimited ₹799) billed via Razorpay. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing hello@rouniq.ai. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Because Rouniq AI is a digital service with immediate access to AI-powered features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. We may grant a full or partial refund at our discretion if: (a) you were charged due to a verifiable technical error on our side, (b) duplicate payments were captured for the same billing cycle, or (c) the service was substantially unavailable for an extended period during your cycle.
How to request a refund
Email hello@rouniq.ai within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and Razorpay payment reference. We respond within 3 business days and, if approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Failed or unauthorised payments
If you notice an unauthorised charge, contact us immediately at hello@rouniq.ai. We will investigate and reverse any confirmed unauthorised transaction.
