Rouniq AI is a 100% digital, cloud-based SaaS product. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. No shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery timelines apply to any purchase made on this platform.
Service delivery
Once your subscription payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, your account is upgraded instantly and all paid features become available immediately within the app. There is no waiting period or physical fulfilment.
Access issues
If your account is not upgraded within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact hello@rouniq.ai with your registered email and Razorpay payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
